About ServiceRoot
One tool for calls, another for leads, a third for the schedule, a fourth for marketing, and a spreadsheet holding it together. ServiceRoot exists to connect them.
Why we built it
A good home service business is already good at the work. What costs it jobs is everything around the work: the call that went to voicemail, the form nobody saw until Monday, the estimate that never got a follow-up, the ad budget spent on the campaign that produced leads instead of customers.
Each of those gaps lives between two systems. Call tracking does not know what booked. The CRM does not know which ad started the conversation. The ad platform does not know what the job was worth. Somebody has to stitch it together, and usually nobody has the time.
ServiceRoot is built by operators to close those gaps: one system that captures the opportunity, works it into a job and connects the revenue back to where it came from.
What we connect
Every opportunity, from every source, in one place.
Every call, text, form and chat on the customer’s record.
Leads worked, followed up and booked into jobs.
Each job’s revenue tied back to where it started.
What is working, what isn’t and where to spend next.
How we work
An owner should be able to see what came in, what was worked and what it earned without opening five tools and a spreadsheet.
Emergency calls, seasonal surges, technician capacity and long estimate cycles are how this industry works. The product is designed around them.
Attribution is only useful if it holds up. We would rather show you less and have it be right than dress up a guess as a dashboard.
The product
The company’s whole point of view, as three connected jobs.
